Kenya Women Training

About Us

Kaithe Women Training is a public women organization that was founded in 2014 by Mutuma Founder. The organization was born out of a vision to create a healthy society through profitable women mentorship and self-employment. Also tackled the prevalent issues of womens' inexperience in productive skills, lack of service duties to the community such as unemployment, and shortage of training programs that address major challenges faced by women and youths in Kaithe. Mr. Mutuma, witnessing the struggles and untapped potential of the local people, sought to create a company that would empower them through access to skill development resources, community service duties, and training programs.

Since its inception, the organization has steadily grown and has become a beacon of hope for many women in the region. What began as a grassroots initiative with a handful of Mr. Mutuma Founder has evolved into a well-structured entity supported by a team of trading officers and trainers dedicated to the organization’s mission.

The Kaithe Women Training operates from its head office in Kaithe, Meru County, and has extended its reach through various technical and training initiatives for women.
